Classic, beautiful songs, heart-wrenching and heartily satisfying movies, and adorable characters… yes it’s Disney! Disney has been a part of almost everybody’s life since they were a child, maybe it was a classic movie, Disney Channel, or Disneyland. So, we are all pretty used to our wonderful classics. Sadly, get ready to say a fond farewell to some classics and hello to wonderful new experiences at Disneyland.
This year, Disneyland will be closing Frontierland, the Mark Twain Riverboat, Tom Sawyer Island and Fantasmic for a few months due to the upcoming Star Wars Land. As some may know, Disney has recently bought Star Wars and they have not been holding back on that purchase. With their hit new movie and star characters, Star Wars Land may be a huge hit, proposed to open in 2019.
January 10, 2016 Disneyland’s Hyperion Theatre’s show, “Aladdin: The Musical Spectacular” closed for good. However, in the next few months, “Frozen” will be opening.
Disney’s unbelievable adventure, “Soarin’ Over California,” will be open only every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday due to their new installation of “Soarin’ Over The World.”
Due to these new installations and closings, prices for entrance to the park have started to rise. However, Disneyland could really impress us with these further differences, and the rise in price may be totally worth it.
